Thank you for taking the time to watch my video!! Before watching my video, I wanted to share a bit about myself with you, so you will have an idea of who I am and what I am all about.

I have been married to my husband Doug for 27 years and we have three children together ; Rylie- 25, Adyson- 23, and Mateo-16. I am also a 'Gigi" or Grandmother to our beautiful granddaughter Stella. I am the President & Founder of a nonprofit that I started after a 3.5 year long international adoption process to bring our son Mateo home from Guatemala.
I actually lead mission trips to Guatemala multiple times throughout the year through my nonprofit and have brought over 1000 people with me over the past 11 years to serve and give back.

My husband and I live on a 40 acre farm in Paola, Kansas; the same family farm that he grew up on. We have four dogs, a mini donkey & a horse, 9 chickens, 2 barn cats, and probably many other critters that run around our farm. ( Tbh, I am more like the lady on the old show Green Acres, but I have acclimated to farm-life well! I now own my own rubber boots, and have no problem getting my hands dirty.)
Prior to Arbonne I ran a licensed daycare business out of my home watching 8 children, taught a toning/aerobics class & was a cheerleading coach.

I am an Independent Consultant & Executive National Vice President with Arbonne and have been with this company for 21 years this year. I still absolutely LOVE what I do.

I am extremely into health, wellness, & fitness and absolutely LOVE helping others learn to become confident in their own skin and living their lives authentically. I grew my business primarily with skincare and cosmetics, but was excited when Arbonne expanded their product line to include a wide range of health and wellness products.
One of my favorite perks of being an entrepreneur and being in the social marketing industry is the flexibility that I have; with both time & finances.
I am so grateful to have been able to keep my priorities aligned with my values all of these year; keeping my faith and family always at the top of my list. I have been able to work my business around my life, not my life around my job or business.
I am the most happy when I am with my family and when I am serving others. Through my business I am able to help both men & women just like me; grow their own Arbonne business. I get to help my business partners set goals, create a plan to achieve those goals, and then lock arms with them as they get to work pursuing their dreams. Getting to help them to discover their own passions and purpose along the way is an added bonus!

Through my business I have gained some of THE MOST amazing friendships and have been able to be surrounded by the most dynamic and loving community; like-minded men and women who welcome you with open arms. I have always felt like there was room at the table for myself and anyone else who wanted to join.

While watching this video you will notice I am not going into specifics regarding my business and how it all works, I do this because I know there are many types of businesses out there that you can start or join, and even though I believe the company you choose to partner with is extremely important; I equally feel it is JUST as important to feel totally comfortable with the person you choose to partner with, so I wanted to use this video as a chance for you to hear my heart and get to know me a bit!
