1. Don't hire 👊 stay a one man show till you have experience under your belt and have work lined up for months

2. Keep your expenses low 💰 Don't commit to high monthly obligations. You only need a pick-up truck to start this business

3. Win jobs through your presentation 🏆 Spend the time on creating a detailed quote with pictures & solid outline of work

4. Create a google business profile ✨ This will put you on the map and provide local leads

5. Create a website 🌟 Tell everyone who you are and why you love bathroom remodeling. Add any pictures you have of prior work

6. Advertise on Facebook 👍 This is where the Boomer generation spends their time 😃 Money spent here will result in leads

7. Stay away from Angies list 😡 This will cost you & most likely waste time. Spend your time marketing on social media sites

8. Don't get concerned about the competition 👊 If someone can do it for less there's a reason. Your focus should be staying profitable & attracting the clients that can afford you!
