The gym is now OPEN!!! And taking on new clients of all kinds! Yes I know the screen orientation as I recorded on my phone
So I have taken the greatest risk of my professional (and personal) life by going all in and betting on myself opening my own training facility while going into a 4th wave.
I am taking on new clients of all kinds offering 1-on-1 personal training, semi private personal training (train with a friend or 2), small group training, team training and a very limited number of programming memberships (4 remain).
While it is fairly spartan, like the Spartans it is to the point and dedicated to getting the desired result without wasting time.
