Use the in game control settings for Stardew Valley to make sure that all of the joysticks and buttons on the ROG ALLY are working correctly (Game Mode is set to Auto-Detect under the controller options in the game).

In the second part of this video we use the ASUS ARMORY CRATE feature to set the GAME PROFILE for Stardew Valley to map the custom keys M1, M2, LB (Left Button), and RB (Right Button) on the ROG ALLY to the MAP, JOURNAL, WALK control feature, and EMOTE actions.
