My name is Amanda Dittlinger. At age 42 I learned that I was Autistic with ADHD and that both my kids were also Autistic and ADHD. This changed A LOT.

My goal is to develop a healthy relationship with food. There are no picky eaters at my table. I've got family with food sensitivities. It takes hardly any extra effort to make the accommodations I need so there isn't food distress around our table. Dinner time is spent talking about fun things instead of creating food trauma. And that is a WIN!

So No Picky Eaters, we're creating a Healthy Relationship with Food!

I'm going to show you how to make simple foods at home, no recipes needed, that show you how you can accommodate all the taste buds around your table. I'm not a food therapist, just a mom with a lot of experience!

I also love doing product reviews on the things I find useful in my house. My Neurodivergent Brain loves giving all the details I can to explain the pros and cons of different products!

I am a Disabled Content Creator and an Inclusion Advocate. I feel it is very important for people with Invisible Disabilities to talk about them, because Disability isn't a Dirty Word. It just means that we are working at a disadvantage to Able bodied/minded people. Accommodations just hopefully help level a playing field to our non-disabled peers! I just received my Autism Diagnosis at 42, and living with a disability that you aren't even aware of yourself is a LOT. I always FELT like something was different and now I know what!
