1 Timothy 6:10 "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs."

Having a lot of money and wealth is not evil if we don’t let it control us, we manage it well, and do good things with it. But if we become obsessed with money and think that we don’t need God anymore because we have money, then it becomes evil and controls us.

That’s why Matthew 6:33 and Proverbs 11:25 are really important to me. They remind me that no matter who much success I have or money I make, I need to always place my relationship with God first above everything else, and also be generous with my blessings from God.
