We continue Anna’s journey to healing with Dr. Rahim in this third episode. And originally came to see Dr. Rahim for help with her TMJ. She complained of not being able to close her mouth without popping and clicking, and she would have to force the right side of her jaw to shut in the initial visit. Dr. Rahim did a full spine full body evaluation and found multiple misalignments and nerve pressures in her spine. In this video, Dr. Rahim found misalignment and nerve pressure at C7 in her neck, T5 intermittent back and S5 in her tailbone. In addition Dr. Rahim continued working on her TMJ and perform soft tissue procedures to break up adhesions in her jaw muscles Dr. Rahim taught Anna how to breathe from her diaphragm to help with her anxiety. There is one physiological difference between anxiety and excitement and that is the breath so Dr. Rahim likes to teach his patience diaphragm breathing to help manage their anxiety.
