ℹ️ The area of Cesarska Gora is covered with a forest of beech, sea buckthorn oak and common hornbeam, as well as a forest community of honey oak and black hornbeam. It is the habitat of many protected and rare endangered plants, of which we highlight the Croatian iris, Croatian carnation, Kranj lily, Pannonian clover... The wealth and value of Cesarska Gora are manifested in the presence of numerous species. There are 71 species of birds, 68 species of daytime and 522 species of nocturnal butterflies, 37 species of lichens, 30 species of saproxial beetles, 20 species of mammals, seven species of reptiles and many other species...

The beauty of Cesarska Gora was recognized by the noble family, which is confirmed by the remains of fort #Cesargrad, which dates back to the 13th century. In 1573, this fortification was looted and set on fire in the Peasants' Revolt.

For nature lovers, a circular eco-trail of cesarsko gora has been arranged with a length of 4.5 kilometers. Educational panels with information about the flora and fauna, fossil wealth and other attractions of this area have been placed along the trail.
