DOT PAINTING ART - STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL

It might look very detailed and complicated but it really isn't. I will show you from start to finish how to create this fun dot painting. You will learn how to mix colors, make flowers with just dots, make some waves, a star burst and much more. You will learn an easy way to start your art project and how to save your paint for the next day.

SUPPLIES:
- 8"X10" wood panel
- 1-2 oz of Liquitex acrylic gesso to prep your wood surface
- Sponge brush or paint brush
- 2 mason jars and water
- A painting palette
- blow dryer
- a wet rag to clean your dot tools
- Acrylic paint in white, black, terra cotta and Copenhagen blue
- White watercolor pencil
- A ball stylus tool. Or embossing tool. Or other household items that will make nice dots.
- damp paper towel
- Saran wrap or plastic wrap
- Small paintbrush
