Recipe
for the caramel
1 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
5 teaspoons of water
start cooking the sugar in the water into the caramel and start forming make sure you sturd occasionally because if you don't it will burn. make sure your caramel does not burn or your flan will have a very bitter and not pleasant taste.

for the Flan you are going to need
6 eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of coconut cream
1-one can of coconut milk
2-teaspoon of vanilla
2-teaspoon of cornstarch

mix the eggs in your blender or whatever you have on hand you can even use a hand mixer. next start adding your condensed milk and you coconut milk and coconut cream and your vanilla and mix into well blend. add 2 teaspoon of cornstarch mex and pour in your mold.

preheat your oven for 350 degrees . place your flan in another tray and add hot water and make sure you Flan is covered tightly with aluminum foil your flan will be done one is in a jiggly consistency. take it out of the oven and let it cool on your counter for an hour and place in your refrigerator into completely cool down the mold and enjoy.
