Here we go with another rather old film taken in Midlem village hall. The hall has been altered since this was taken but oh what memories this hall contains. Coming through the Rye this dance was dropped because people couldn't keep time to the hand clapping part and the waltzing at the end put the non waltzers of they couldn't keep up so the dance was very quietly dropped. Here's a memory of how it should be danced.
