🛠 Product Overview

The system automates the entire bag handling cycle—from loading to cutting, emptying, and disposal of empty bags. Using a motorized conveyor, bags are fed into the cutting chamber, where a rotary blade or guillotine cutter slices the bag. The material is emptied via a rotary drum/vibration system, ensuring up to 99% discharge efficiency.

Collected material flows into a hopper connected to screw conveyor, vacuum transfer, silo, mixer, or reactor, depending on your process requirement.

1. Bag Loading
Operator places bags onto the conveyor.

2. Automatic Feeding
Bags move into the cutting zone via belt or roller conveyor.

3. Cutting Mechanism
High-strength rotary blades or a fixed guillotine slit the bag cleanly.

4. Material Emptying
Vibration/rotary drum rotates the bag, ensuring maximum powder discharge.

5. Dust-Free Collection
Integrated dust collector ensures fully sealed unloading.

6. Empty Bag Disposal
Empty bags are expelled to a compactor or collection bin.
