ZMI Altar / The Ourania Altar Guide High Level Runes +Double RC Exp Old school Runescape 2007 (OSRS)

Old School Runescape 2007 (OSRS) update 13 october 2016 ZMI altar : Zamorakian Magical Institute The Ourania Altar. Who Gives You Double RC Exp and any kind of runes. Even the law, death, soul, blood , nature runes with only 30 rc for example. A higher rc will improve the chance to get the higher level runes. The runes you will receive will be random.

There are no requirements to do this but people who have 71 magic and have completed the lunar diplomacy are able to teleport close to the dungeon.
