Ingredients for 1/4lb pasta (double or quadruple for more servings):
1/4lb spiral pasta
1/2lb ground beef
1/4 chopped white or yellow onion
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 cup chopped Italian parsley

For yoghurt sauce:
1 cup greek yoghurt, plain
1/4 tsp salt
2 cloves minced garlic

For butter sauce:
2 Tbs butter
2 tsp sweet paprika

Directions:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta boils, add beef to a dry pan over medium heat. Add spices and onion and cook until beef is crispy. Use a spatula to cut it into very fine pieces.

In a small bowl combine ingredients for the yoghurt sauce and mix well. Set aside.

In a small pot or microwave safe dish, melt the butter. Add in remaining 2 tsp paprika and mix.

Assemble pasta! Start with a bed of pasta on your plate or bowl. Top with beef mixture, tomatoes and parsley and a generous amount of yoghurt sauce. Drizzle with the butter sauce and enjoy!
