Recipe:-
1. In a pan, take garlic, ginger, onion, carrot, capsicum, grated paneer.
2. Add black pepper, soya sauce and salt.
3. Mix well and prepare stuffing.
4. For dough, take 1 bowl maida, 1 tbsp salt and oil.
5. Rest for 15 minutes.
6. Take small portion of dough, add one spoon of filling in between and fold in any shoe of momos.
7. Fry it on medium flame.
8. Your Veg fried Momos is ready.. Enjoy..❤️😋
