If you haven't noticed or know how to, you can redeem various weapons and cosmetics from Club Ubisoft (club.ubisoft.com) for 'free' or with club 'points'. Points earned from completing Club Achievements for Ubisoft Games.

Ghost Recon Network (ghostreconnetwork.com) is required to unlock a handful of rewards from Club Ubisoft, by completing GRN Achievements.

This video will layout how to get to the rewards (logging into your Ubisoft account is required) by the browser for Ubisoft Club & Ghost Recon Network. And a part of the video displays how to access Club Ubisoft rewards from a Console with the Ubisoft Club App.

NOTE: Before Ubisoft Club and Uplay Rewards became Ubisoft Connect Oct 29, 2020!!!

Note: The Division, Splinter Cell, etc. outfits require you to have the matching game for it to be unlocked to yourself. Also, the crappy drone is ONLY usable within Narco Road DLC for Ghost Recon Wildlands.
