00:12 - From the ribs previously prepared with 1.2 mm thickness and height of 35 mm, get two pieces about 19 cm long for the upper ribs and two approximately 22.5 cm long for the lower ribs.
In the case of single piece ribs the measures will be respectively of 37 cm for the upper rib and 45 cm for the lower rib

00:46 - Start with the lower ribs taking care of the orientation of flames in relation to the back plate

01:00 - Plane and refine the seam between the two ribs by checking the squareness and that "closes" perfectly

02:00 - Second rib

02:57 - Use a light source to check the accuracy of the seam, making it so that the gap closes with no light visible through the seam
