2. Perc purchase receipts and 12 month rolling total – ‘ordered on’ or ‘received on’
3. Keep records 5 years
4. Reconcile Perc purchase receipts and 12 month rolling total

12:05-14:48
1. Onsite records review – 5 years or since last inspection
2. No more than 7 calendar days between each entry – leak detection inspection and temperature/pressure reading
a. Keep consistent – e.g., Friday afternoons
b. If the machine did not operate the day of the inspection, conduct on the next business day – e.g., Monday then Friday again if that day is preferable
c. Find a leak on Monday and repair it on Thursday or sooner then it is not recordable on Friday.
d. Conduct vapor leak inspection while machine is operating and take temperature during last cool down cycle prior to opening the door to retrieve the items that were cleaned

15:52-16:14 Review records for indication of vapor leaks, temperature excursions or pressure drop outside of range and repair orders

1. Perc contaminated waste – lint, muck and separator
2. Explanation of closed containers
3. Separator water
4. Owner’s manual
5. Pressure readings (refrigeration system) in lieu of temperature readings
6. Use of spin disk or disposable filters (drain 24 hours in housing or closed container)
7. If you smell Perc, you are losing money
8. Verification of inspection form – 45 days
