Zoomscape reimagines the classic ‘zoetrope’ to translate the variety of ways we move through urban spaces and cities into a new interactive visual experience. In an interactive experience, light brings shape, colour and movement to the surrounding landscape.

Zoomscape is a collaboration between Jack Wates and Tom Blackburn. Zoomscape was commissioned as part of Playable City Sandbox 2023 as part of MyWorld, funded by UKRI. Playable City Sandbox is a creative research and development programme produced by Watershed: https://www.playablecity.com/

About Watershed:
