It’s nearly been just over a month since my cookbook In for Dinner came out and I found out that it made the Sunday Times Best Seller list! To say I was thrilled would be a vast understatement, I am so unbelievably proud of everyone who worked on the book and so grateful that it’s made it into so many people’s hands, homes and kitchens.

The launch day was hectic to say the least, starting bright and early in the kitchen with my crew prepping thousands of canapés, then dashing to my parents place for a shower, change of clothes and lick of mascara. It was really special to have my whole family there for the evening and the whole thing went by in a bit of a blur. Lucky for me I had my talented cousin Jake there by my side, filming all the behind the scenes moments and much of the event itself too. It’s been so lovely to be able to watch this back and relive the night, remind myself of how beautiful the evening was, all the treasured friends and family who were there and the fun that was had.
