Racing At 1 CC In Mario Kart Wii?!

I'm curious to see if it's possible to get first place on a Nintendo track at 1cc. I was able to get into first place but only on tracks where it seemed impossible to complete. We've done plenty of 200cc on Mario Kart Wii and touched the surface of 1cc and 300cc. What will we do next?
