The Freeride E was introduced to the United States in a limited quantity in 2017 through KTM's Electric Pilot Program. The battery tested in this video is from the 2017 model KTM Freeride Electric bike, which has since been updated in European models. We hope KTM continues to support the US with more electric dirt bikes and batteries in the future!

The KTM Freeride E-XC is based off the same platform as the popular KTM Freeride 250R but instead of an internal combustion engine, it uses an electric motor and battery to power the bike.
