Ford F-150 Rear Shock Replacement (2015+)

In this video I showed the steps and procedures necessary to replace the rear shocks on a 2015 newer Ford F150. The vehicle we are working on in this video is a 2015 F150 XL 2wd. The truck has about 120,000 miles and the rear of the vehicle is a bit bouncy and feels unstable whenever a load is in the bed or whenever going over any speed bumps. The job of a shock absorber is too dampen spring oscillations from the leaf springs. When the shock absorbers go bad, the vehicle bounces kind of like a boat in water. Also, whenever shock absorbers go bad they can leak oil out of the seals giving a wet like appearance on the lower half of the shock tube.
