I have heard some claim that SPACE:1999 is a direct continuance of the UFO:SHADO timeline - it very nearly was alas but therein lies a tale as they say - the two series are completely separate universes and share no timeline in my humble opinion - but they might interact if the moon managed to get blasted out of earth orbit and wandered into a convenient space time anomaly - 🛸✨
