There were NOT three audits or 3 recounts done by Maricopa.
Only one fatally flawed audit (on live ballots) that excluded 91% of all ballots never had a chance of being checked, and those ballots batches were picked before the election.
I will try to explain why all three were fatally flawed. Facts Matter!
The first audit and the only one that used live ballots but was fatally flawed.
Maricopa county picked 52 batches of 200 ballots each (2 to 4 batches per day) starting 14 days before Election-day for the hand count audit. The problem is you need to commit the results publicly before you choose the batches. Picking these batches needs to be done ASAP after the election, and only after you committed the results of each batch publicly, and then select the 52 batches to be counted. All Vote by Mail ballots are accounted for by batch in the Dominion system before entering the (EMS) Election Management System. Realistically, doing it the way they are, one would NOT steal from THESE 52 BATCHES, but you could steal with impunity in the rest of the 10,248 batches because they won’t be checked, which is about 92% of all ballots cast. A hacker would NOT steal from the 52 batches or from the ballots cast on election day at the Early Voting Centers, which was only about 7.5% of the overall ballot cast because they could get caught.
A hacker will only steal if they have impunity, and it would be discovered in the remaining 10,248 batches of EV and VBM that are not sorted by precincts and would never be checked in the current system. See ARS 16-602 B
To get just one precinct sorted, you might have to open all 1,500 boxes of ballots. All ballots and images are all tracked and inventoried. Ballot images are public records. These ballot images can be audited on another computer system that not by the same vendor independently and sorted into precincts for the public to verify for anyone to count.
Maricopa uses electronic adjudication; a batch of 200 ballots will not be accepted into the EMS unless all discrepancies such as overvotes or write-ins are examined. In the November election, approximately 11% of all mail-in ballots needed adjudication either for write-ins, about 70% or for overvotes 30%. Overvotes are checked for voter intent, and a majority turn out to show voter intent leading to a real vote. It’s a good system assuring the voter using vote by mail that if they made a mistake, they could correct it on the ballot through electronic adjudication will recognize voter intent if displayed on the ballot read by humans from two different parties.
The second (2nd) so-called audit was a logic and accuracy test after the election.
Maricopa ran test ballots only. As Mickey Duniho would say it “it only proved that's it working right at this moment”. Think Volkswagen diesel and a $30 billion fraud they did in the United States. What is the difference between a logic and accuracy test an emission test on a diesel Volkswagen? Both prove that everything is working right, but clearly, in the Volkswagen case, it was rigged.
The third (3rd) so-called audit/recount.
Maricopa County Board of Elections hires the same vendors who certified Dominion software to check to ensure everything is working right.
Here is additional evidence proving that the Maricopa county audit was NOT a recount or audit that looks at real live ballots!
Excerpt from an email from Maricopa County Recorder.
The audit is reviewing the tabulation hardware and software to make sure it has not changed from its specifications when originally certified, that no malware was introduced, that no physical devices were installed, that it never connected to the internet, and that nothing else went wrong or could have been manipulated.
This is not an audit of the 2020 election, and the ballots cast in that election have not been touched.
... It is simply something the county thought was worth checking out and getting a clean bill of health.
Stephen - Recorder
In 2016 the Democrats said the Russians stole it. 2020 the Republicans say that the Chinese may have stolen it.
How about all of us working together to build a system that is transparent, trackable, and publicly verified.
How about realizing that the act of voting is a secret process! However, counting is a public process; sadly, many have it wrong, and we've lost our way.
Facts matter. So let's not be afraid to look for the truth. If we have cancer, I want to know about it. That way I can make arrangements.
When this audit is done in Arizona, we will wind up comparing 3 results;
1, the original count
2, a hand count audit that is flawed but should be close.
3 and most important, a (BIA) Ballot Image audit by Ray Lutz
This audit is important because we are fighting cynicism that is destroying our country.
However, the Maricopa hand count audit was fatally flawed. But that doesn’t mean it was rigged.
So let’s keep an open mind.
