Reclaiming Refrigerant Gas From A Panasonic Air Conditioning Unit R410a With A Mini-Max Reclaim Unit

Описание к видео Reclaiming Refrigerant Gas From A Panasonic Air Conditioning Unit R410a With A Mini-Max Reclaim Unit

This video shows refrigerant gas being reclaimed from a Panasonic air conditioning unit. When reclaiming refrigerant is is very important not to lose any of the gas content during the procedure. This is in part to comply with various refrigerant protocols in place but also many new refrigerants are multi structure composition (zeotropic like r401a) which means if the whole gas structure is not reclaimed it will no longer be the gas it was originally plus the environmental issues associated with releasing refrigerant gas into the atmosphere.

This video aims to show the use of a reclaim rig, setup of the reclaim rig, gauge line set up and location, bottle setup and general overview. A Mini Max reclaim unit was used to reclaim r410a refrigerant from the Panasonic condensing. This video is for demonstration purposes only, gauge line colour may differ and use of equipment such as gas or liquid setting are dependant on the engineer.
