The Sonicake Octaver is an affordable alternative for those seeking the tone of the classic and highly desireable Boss OC-2 octave pedal that was released in the 1980's. I've owned two separate OC-2s, in addition to the OC-3 (one of my favorite pedals), and now the most recent OC-5 as well. In this video I'll run through a few of my favorite settings for the Octaver, in addition to providing feedback for how close the Sonicake pedal gets to the real thing.
