I don’t need to predict anything because I can guarantee this is what will happen: People are still going to move. Interest rates will still exist in 12 months. The market doesn’t matter if you’re not in it. Buy. Hold. Live. Sell. Think in 10 years. Not 1. Keep it simple, it’s just real estate.
