The PA-18 is assembled in 5 to 10 minutes by just screwing in a few bolts. There is only one small optional scale component to be glued into place with some super glue. Install your preferred receiver and setup your radio for ailerons, elevator, throttle and rudder with flaps and a separate channel for changing the mode of the Reflex v2 gyro stabilisation system.

As with the smaller 1.3 metre version, I really liked the short take off and landing (STOL) characteristics of this aeroplane. I think it's even better. Use the flaps to take off within 0.5 metre and land on the spot if you have some wind. This is a super fun plane that would fulfil the needs of a beginner, intermediate or expert pilot.

The links above are to the 'no floats' version of this PA-18. If you may fly off water you should get the floats version which comes with wheels and floats in the same box for just a few more dollars.
