A classic Kiwi Roadtrip from Queenstown to Christchurch. With Iconic stops along the way at Mt Cook, Tekapo & Akaroa. Checking out some of Canterbury's best ski fields at Mt. Hutt and Ohau Ski Field.

1. Queenstown to Christchurch Roadtrip (Cromwell, Mt Cook & Tekapo): (0:00)

A beautiful drive from Queenstown to Christchurch, stopping on the way at the Cromwell Heritage Precint 🤠. Even if there was an accident that caused a 2hr delay 😧, there are worse places to be stuck than the Lake Pukaki Visitor centre with inspiring views of Mt Cook in the background! 🏔🙌🏻 🌄

2. Akaroa: (03:45)

A stunning day in Akaroa on the banks peninsula. A picture perfect Harbourside town ⚓️ set within the crater of an extinct volcano 🌋.

3. Christchurch: (07:36)

Checking out downtown Christchurch today, including the destruction of its iconic Cathedral from 2 devastating earthquakes in the last 10 years. Afterwards we picked up our new campervan in preparation for our NZ Roadtrip in October! 🚌

4. Mt Hutt Ski Field: (10:05)

Canterbury's largest ski field, set atop a high mountain with a seemingly endless steep and winding road it looms over the Canterbury plains below.

6. Ohau Ski Field: (13:20)

This may be one of NZ's smallest ski fields but it's also one of its most beautiful! Overlooking the stunning Lake Ohau and the Hopkins Valley. Watch us get trapped on ski's in a field of rocks and slide down from a glorious peak on our butts. Plus one of the most beautiful roads I have ever seen.
