Throttle Synch R1200 GS

After replacing the three sections of throttle cable on my R1200 GS I needed to synchronisation the two throttles, my understanding is that if both cylinders are not receiving the same amount of fuel/air mixture then one will be trying to pull the other forward faster while being dragged back by that other. I believe this can result in excessive vibration, higher fuel consumption and less than full power. The amount of fuel delivered in the form of petrol is determined by the engine management unit while the air depends on how far one or other of the throttles is open, this is synchronised by adjusting the length of one or other of the cables.
