This video showcases the TMA trial from Piraeus, Greece, demonstrating how COGNIFOG technologies enhance e-health services through intelligent edge–cloud orchestration. The trial focuses on improving the operation of Medical IoT devices connected to the “Noah Ark of Health – NoAH” Telemedicine Station by enabling real-time, AI-assisted self-management support for patients.

The pilot features a custom medical monitoring kit developed by TMA, including devices for measuring blood pressure, oxygen saturation, temperature, weight, and key blood markers. Through the COGNIFOG framework, these devices can be seamlessly integrated, even in challenging network conditions, while enabling first-level health evaluations without requiring immediate human assessment.
