Hello friends...today I am hoping to shed some light on macros and how to successfully use tracking to help you lose that menopause belly fat...this site it by far the best I have found...I also think it is easy to navigate...they pretty much do all the work for us. Good luck...I am now down 21lbs without suffering or being HUNGRY! My body composition is changing. PROTEIN 4 calories per gram ( multiply your Protein Grams by 4 for total calories you need in protein )
CARBS 4 calories per gram ( multiply your carb grams by 4 for total calories in carbs )
FAT 9 calories per gram ( multiply your fat grams by 9 for total calories in fat )
