This is part of my upcoming Final Fantasy VI countdown of best remixes/arrangements of the soundtrack. So yeah, guess what #2 is? I spent a lot of time on this video compiling the clips and lining them up to match the song. BTW, if you like this, stay tuned for the actual countdown, because I did all of the songs in this format - pertinent to what part of the game/story the song is from.

Terra/Tina Branford is by far my favorite video game character. I've been playing FFVI since I was 9 when it was first released. A female lead was not only new, but inspiring to me, and still is. As I grew older, I identified more and more with the struggles her particular character endures - although unfortunately not the whole part about being born with an incredible amount of power and not knowing how to handle it. She's extremely interesting and relatable for me, and it gives me hope to know that she eventually figured out the answers she so desperately sought.

She's just a fucking badass and Nobuo Uematsu was at his peak when composing this game. Ailsean's guitar arrangement is absolutely perfect to capture the melancholy and confusion Terra/Tina knew all too well.

Haven't we all asked ourselves where we came from? Why do we exist? What is love, and how will we know when we feel it?
