bad juuju cultivates hi-energy and eclectic DJ sets with a focus on percussive, frenetic, and hypnotic elements that direct clubgoers on a sonic journey. As a member of up and coming Bay Area DJ collective Vitamin1000, bad juuju takes inspiration from the raw uninhibited and experimental energy of underground raves and smuggles it into the club scene. Refusing to be defined by genre, bad juuju’s sets weave between the realms of techno, trance, jungle and drum n bass. From Public Works and 1015 Folsom, to underground warehouses and local community-run radio airwaves, bad juuju continues to solidify her reputation as a force to be reckoned with.
