This honey garlic chicken recipe is so delicious and tasty. The chicken and potatoes are seasoned to perfection and then slow cooked in a flavorful honey garlic sauce. You don’t want to miss out on this easy chicken dinner recipe!

6 chicken thighs
1 tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
1 tsp Lawrys
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 large onion
1 pound of potatoes
2 large carrots

Honey garlic Sauce:
5 cloves of garlic (minced)
1-2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar
1-2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Cornstarch slurry:
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water

Directions: Season and sear chicken thighs for 5 minutes on both sides. Remove chicken thighs and add onions and peppers to skillet and cook until tender. Add chicken thighs, onions, carrots, and potatoes to slow cooker then cover with honey garlic sauce. Close the lid and cook for 4-6 hours on high
