Interculturalism doesn't have to cost any money! Sometimes it will need staff time but mostly intercultural practices and policies need only to be written into program design.

This case study reviews an existing multicultural plan for a regional Victorian local government. The video shows how incorporating intercultural practices at the time of designing the initiative gives 'better bang for buck' for council's financial, human and political resources whilst ensuring greater inclusion of people born in Australia, people born overseas and First Nations peoples.
