Ingredients: fresh ginger, vegetable glycerin, optional grain alcohol (used to extend preservation. 80+ Proof but the higher the better.. mine is 190 proof Gem Clear)

Amongst other things, ginger is widely known for helping with nausea, cold, flu, and rona symptoms. To use the tincture take a dropper full twice daily (AM/PM).
