Wellness is something that I am very passionate about BUT that I also struggle with it on a daily basis. It’s hard to keep the balance—-can anyone relate?
When life is busy (which it always is lately), stress creeps in. I’ve decided to make a new series about my journey to find more opportunities for stress relief and balance. I hope you enjoy the first video of the series about my experiences trying float “therapy”. Its a wild but cool experience.
