10 signs you are negative or positive
1)All-or-Nothing Thinking
When you fail, you may tell yourself that you’re a complete failure.
And when you succeed, you may tell yourself that you’re a winner and feel superior.
You think about yourself or the world in black-or-white, all-or-nothing categories. Shades of gray do not exist
2)Mental Filter
You think exclusively about negative and ignore your positive See good in everything.
A person who wanna find negative or positive will surely find it.
3)Jumping to Conclusions
You unrealistically jump to wrong conclusion There are two common forms that are called Mind-Reading and Fortune-Telling
i)Mind-Reading
you make assumptions about how other people are thinking and feeling.
ii)Fortune-Telling
you make dogmatic negative or positive predictions about the future.
4)Overgeneralization
You think about a negative event as a never-ending pattern of defeat or a positive don't conclude everything bases of one event.
5)Discounting the Positive
You tell yourself that positive facts don’t count, and you give credit to luck so as to maintain a negative self-image.
6)Emotional Reasoning
You reason from how you feel. your feelings result from your thoughts, and not from what’s actually happening. If your thoughts are distorted, your feelings will be as misleading. So don't make your emotions your reality.
7)personalization
Taking things personally is a sign of low self-esteem. Try to see reality Don't take everything personally.
8)Catastrophizing
It is actually an extreme form of overgeneralization, because you see your always see worst case scenario.

You make yourself miserable with “shoulds,”
10)Labeling
