“Aviation policies are incredible…” From ICAO to IATA President, aviation experts bet big on India

Civil Aviation Minister and Aviation experts joined the The 2nd Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference on Civil Aviation held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi on September 11. The event is being held from September 11 and 12 and is being co-hosted by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. Speaking on the occasion, Aviation experts hailed India’s growing aviation industry and they bet big on India over the growing pace. President of the International Civil Aviation Organization, Salvatore Sciacchitano said, “Aviation policies India are incredible in terms of investment”. While, Willie Walsh the Director General of International Air Transport Association said, “People are looking India in a positive light and very encouraging, I use India as an example of what aviation can do for the economy.” Meanwhile, Civil Aviation Minister said they will be coming up with Delhi declaration and will share, UDAN scheme, technologies with the countries joining the event.
