How To Get Hacked Via "BUSINESS MANAGER" On Facebook! DON'T DO IT!! | Jason Asselin

IF YOU OWN A FACEBOOK PAGE, PLEASE WATCH THIS!
For a few days we got messages on our facebook page "Just Snowmobiles" asking if we'd like to make some extra money from advertising. Being we had nearly 100K, I wasn't surprised that we were asked. He wasn't offering much for the size of the page, but anything is more than nothing no matter how you do the math. Except in this case when you multiply the entire amount by zero.

We didn't respond back right away and I even added him on Facebook, just my personal profile to see who he was. He maintained that at no time did he want me to add him to any Facebook page, he said he only needed to see the stats. Instead he would just add me onto his "Business Manager" on Facebook which would let him see the stats and we could go for there. It took him seconds to take the pages. At no time were any passwords exchanged. He did this with ZERO passwords.

I've reported and done what I need to. I'm working with a facebook page that deals with these types of hacks, they say I should be able to get them back in a matter of days. I hope they are right because if not, I think I'm done on Facebook for local things. Maybe another snowmobile page but that will be it. Just hoping the parachute opens soon because I pulled it a long time ago.
