Iris Eytan, an attorney contacted by James Holmes' family the day of the Aurora theater shooting and who represented Holmes for a day, talks about the upcoming presentation of Holmes' defense during his trial.
Eytan says that defense attorneys have to overcome some 22 hours of video where Holmes talks about the shooting that resulted in a state psychiatrist determining Holmes was sane at the time of the shooting.
Eytan says the defense will argue that while the state psychiatrist interviewed Holmes more than two years after the shooting while he was on medication, defense psychiatrist Dr. Raquel Gur interviewed Holmes a short time after the shooting that left 12 people dead and 70 others wounded.
