Hey guys! Welcome to another series that I hope you will enjoy!

You know how much of a foodie I am, but I know I still have so much more food I need to discover here in the Philippines. That's why we bring you the PABORITO series, where I discover hidden, small-scale food businesses around the country, but with the help of the experts---the locals' recommendations!

In this series, we search for the PABORITO of the residents or frequent visitors of each area in Metro Manila we selected, but there are a few rules we need to follow:

1. We only try and eat foods recommended by locals who have tried them at least two times or more.
2. We cannot feature sponsored or commercial establishments with more than 11 franchises.

And as much as possible, we try to discover authentic local favorites!
