Luigi Mangione was arrested in Pennsylvania after he was spotted in a McDonald's. Authorities quickly zeroed in on the location and took the alleged shooter into custody. Mangione is accused of brutally executing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson outside his hotel in Manhattan.
