STEPPER MOTOR SPRING

As I wait for the new spring to arrive I continue to look at where the spring actually connects. As an Optopesimist I hope for the best and try to plan for the worst. The best would be instructions with pictures included with the spring. The worst would be a spring in a bag.
The part costs $0.69 and shipping brings the cost to about $10 so I suggest that if you have to order - get two.
I also looked at what may have contributed to the spring being broken. I noticed that the cable controlling the stepper motors movement ran directly behind the moving arm itself where in this video it runs above everything.
The only cable ties are on the stepper motor itself to keep the cable wiring from breaking off with the vibration of the generator running.
Here's hoping that www.ordertree.com realizes that this generator is dead in the water, for AUTO operation, until the spring arrives.
