The 10 Second Cooldown Super Build | Prismatic Hunter

I know I said it in the video too, but I plan on not click baiting people, so I'm genuinely gassed to say that the build can make supers in 10 seconds. Sometimes you even have to wait as long as 20 seconds for a super.

I promised myself that I was only going to do a combination blow build if I could do something unique with it, and this is the direction I went with the setup. Enjoy!
