Here are the steps:
Carplay for the iPhone:
1. Pls connect the radio to the internet via wifi or 4G first.
2. Pls connect your iPhone to the radio via Bluetooth and Active the Phone's 4G Data.
3. Then open the Zlink app to waiting for the connection.

Android auto for the Android phone:
1. Pls install an Android auto app on your phone.
2. Pls connect the radio to the internet via wifi or 4G.
3. Pls connect your Android Phone to the radio via Bluetooth and Active the Phone's 4G Data.
4. Open the ZLink app waiting for the connection.
