this can count as the regular Spa world record since it uses the original kunos version as base and the 2022 version is a bit slower because the huge run off areas aren't present anymore in Malmedy and Speaker's Corner, where you can extend quite a bit. Still 2 tenths to go and there is probably a 13.9 somewhere.
