At EDF
There are those of us who deal directly with our customers…
And there are those of us who deal with machinery and equipment…
And those who support things behind the scenes…
But when you look closer, beyond our roles at work, there is so much we share that unites us…
Like those of us who can juggle.
And those of us who have ever worked from home in our pyjamas!
There’s we who believe in living more sustainable, low carbon lifestyles
There’s we who live and work with disabilities or health conditions
We, whose lives have been impacted by mental health issues
There’s we who are part of the LGBT community
And we who have experienced racial abuse
Then there’s we who give our time as reservists or to support our emergency services
There’s we who speak more than one language
And then there’s us, the unlucky ones, who have done something this week to annoy our partners!
There’s we who have ever experienced grief or a broken heart
And there’s we who are currently in love
And then there’s all of us who work for EDF.
Let’s not waste energy hiding who we are.
And let’s recognise there’s more that brings us together than we think.
